    The good thingsWide variety of field and experience to learn. Most training are provided. Most management team is helpful in assisting. You will always learn something new over here. The need of independence is developed as it is highly required here. A company with a strong and solid brand reputation which is known by many. Plenty of vacancy opportunities.
    The challengesThe struggle to convince management in many things such as changes and compromise due to old management style. The stress level is high as you will deal with many situation and there are some unnecessary stress level as well. Increment is low and inflexibility. Your work performance is not evaluated based on how well you contribute or done as individual but totally depending on group/others performance.

    The good thingsA prestigious multi-national company in material handling sector of engineering. Well-known company with wide network across the region. Provide numerous perks and benefits for all the employees. Everyone is fairly treated and management is playing great role in improving productivity and efficiency of the staff. Great support from managers and superiors toward work-life balance.
    The challengesThe company should bring the employees for annual trip. The management could provide financial assistance for furthering education for senior technicians. More incentives and rewards are expected for completing challenging projects. This would serve as a motivation.

    The good thingsThis company has a good working environment as well as professional staff. As a multinational company, they're practicing high technology working tools and software which is up to date demands to ensure a very smooth workflow. This company is a good and caring to their employee and always let the employee to work independently.
    The challengesas normal that every company will have their own challenge. the most challenge i found at this company is pressure from the client. client will always demand for fast delivery however the overall process of fabrication will take long time. furthermore due to high demand and base on first come first serve, therefore we have to sweet talk to the client.
