    The good things- My boss have faith in me. There is a saying that goes \"choose your boss, not your job\". - I really see that i can develop my career in this company. - My work requires me to interact with people every day, which enhances my confidence and communication skills.
    The challenges- No work/life balance. - Sometimes overloaded with work that makes me feel really stressful. However, i see that as a challange to overcome stress. -
