As a trainee, I've been assign various department and learn working culture and also gain more hands onThe good thingsI love my previous intern place and that I get chance to work with a lot of different people from various fields. As a trainee, my work is learn and develop my skills in working environment. And I also love how staffs treat me and give a lot knowledge to me. They are almost all fun and great to work with. I met three of my closest friends at this job and I still get to hang out with them almost every day.
The challengesIn my last job, I took on many additional responsibilities depends on department which I've been assigned, including checking forecast everyday at planning department, assisted technician for daily routine maintenance. Most of times, I always receive new task to develop my knowledge and skills especially in hands on task.
