    The good thingsMi Equipment places strong emphasis on employee welfare and team bonding through well-organised team activities and festival celebrations. Restaurant provides meals with big portions and a variety of cuisines.
    The challengesNo challenges were encountered. Mi Equipment is a suitable and rewarding choice for interns.

    Best best company that I would recommend interns
    The good thingsI enjoyed working with my colleagues. The people here are friendly and willing to help each other. The environment is clean and tidy and it is comfortable to work here. Besides that, the canteen offers delicious food that ranges from western to chinese cuisines that are big in portion and cheap as well.
    The challengesPersonally I dont think there is much needed to be improved. I really enjoyed my intern period in Mi Equipment and I would greatly recommend to those who are finding intern position as well.

    An enriching internship with supportive mentors, balanced workload, and excellent facilities.
    The good thingsTeammates were supportive, professional, and always positive. Excellent facilities with sports, gym, laundry, and tasty lunch provided. Modern office with a comfortable working environment. Intern tasks were well-planned with a manageable workload. Manager was patient and gave clear guidance when facing new challenges.
    The challengesStaying self-motivated was important, but it opened space for growth and learning. Communication skills needed constant practice and improvement.

    The good thingsThe company treats interns very well: salary is above average, daily food vouchers are provided, and interns also receive annual leave. The food is consistently good—definitely keep it up! Engineers and HR are approachable, friendly, and always ready to answer questions with patience and passion. My supervisor is chill, friendly, and supportive. He understands my strengths and interests, gives concise and helpful feedback, assigns tasks that challenge me and help me grow, and knows how to nurture talent effectively. The workplace is clean, comfortable, and equipped with very modern, well-maintained facilities.
    The challengesNot a major challenge, but while I understand that most companies limit server access for security reasons, it would be great if capable interns could get controlled access to certain areas. This would allow us to learn more and contribute greater value to the company while still maintaining security.

    The good thingsThe workload for interns is not overwhelming and is reasonably arranged. Manager and colleagues are very friendly and are patient in providing guidance whenever facing unfamiliar stuff.

    Interesting and chill experience here
    The good thingsThe company provides RM5 daily food subsidies which helps a lot in saving on food expenses. There is also sufficient parking space provided for all the employees, and the colleagues here are quite friendly.
    The challengesRequires a lot of time and some critical thinking to solve problems for the customers.

    The good thingsThe starting salary is pretty high for a fresh grad, and colleagues and supervisor here are willing to give advices and appreciate your hardwork :)
    The challengesNo-phone policy is quite meaningless, and increment and bonus is very low, which is still understandable as the market now is not as good as before :(
