    Learnt a lot of new processes
    The good thingsI like to watch how the products are manufactured It's an extraordinary experience as I have never worked in a food production company. Learnt about auditing and how to present to the auditors.
    The challengesThey prefer us to work independently with very less supervision. They welcome our ideas with open mind. They treat the workers in a good manner more like friends.
