    Good place if you are money-driven
    The good thingsThe people and culture the management team has cultivated is amazing, great remuneration package, new and improved ATS for seamless sourcing
    The challengesHigh stress, management is very stringent and cares more about the business and revenue than an employee's well-being, sometimes managers set extra KPIs on top of the existing "2,5,10" that consultants have to achieve on a weekly basis.

    The good thingsTop management (the expats) are quick to praise, they give constructive criticism objectively (straight face). Very professional. Love the Celebration of writing successful closed cases on the main white board, music played, with a round of applause from everyone. Great motivation. You get to connect with many high caliber clients & candidates. Having good insights in your specialized market that are not seen in newspapers, e.g. certain companies under your specialization. Definitely adding value to clients & candidates with such info. Good compensation, work phone given, special Grab promo code given to all employees. Before MCO, there will be quarterly celebration at bars / restaurants all booked by Page.
    The challengesToo corporate, stuck to the desk 9 - 6. Environment would be better with more space in the office.

    Great culture
    The good thingsThe people here are really nice and understanding, the managers I've worked with are very patient and nurturing.
    The challengesIt's a recruitment role so there is bound to have sales target and the stress that comes with a sales role.
