    The good thingsEveryone is so helpful and friendly. Managers and seniors are always willing to teach and help each other out. Trainings are frequently provided to make sure employees are well equipped with new skills and knowledge. When it comes to having fun, team buildings helps to strengthen the bond between teams.     The good thingsAtmel served good working environment with a very supportive team. All people in Atmel are working as a team, always backup and support each other. Working with Atmel also give a very interesting experience, since this is my first time working as Factory planner. Learn a new things everyday will always enhance and sharpen your soft skills. Better place to learn and increase your personal growth.
    The challengesThere is not easy to learn and master a new things within new industry you just joined. its need hard work and more time to master it. That's kind of challenges but also interesting.

    The good thingsIt is related with outsource management skill which all assembly and testing had been outsourced to subcon. I learn a lot from the remote debugging skill in there which debug a test program without physical DUT and tester in beside. It need a well known knowledge in the job.
    The challengesthe management skill of management people is poor. Somehow they lost in their direction and impact on the project schedule. The challenge here is how to encounter the poor of management's management skill and try to meet the project timeline with our own strategy.

    The good thingsWork life balance, flexi working hours and nice working environment with less politics. Relationship between colleagues are good. There are always projects and tasks for you to work on and you will not feel boring about it because you will not working on same thing everyday. You can also continuously learning on new technology or new stuffs. Manager is relatively good and caring.
    The challengesRegular challenges as an IT staff. For example, off hour / weekend on call support but it is on rotation basis, working during weekend where there is system maintenance or project go live, early morning or night meeting with US colleagues but it's not too frequent.
