its an ok company to gain new knowledge but dont stay too long
The good thingsthe good things is that you have a flexible working hours and the office is nice. its good for fresh graduate to learn new things because involve in different kind of project
The challengesits tough to be promoted bcuz political plays in management. and salary increment is quite low. dont stay in this company for too long, because there is not much of career development.

    Suitable for beginners
The good thingsAlmost everything is flexible. If you have a good reason you can even work from home for sometimes. The location either the HQ or client site is nearby the public transport. Once a year will have team building and you get to know staff from different branch or client site.
The challengesThe salary increment is not really worth it with the work load. Being a developer always linked to a dateline (which is expected) but sometimes the staff is not enough to carry the workload. This is depends on which site/ team you are being assigned to.

    Overall
The good thingsI like the friendly and welcoming staff.
The challengesFor some positions, there is no clear career path. And usually is overloaded with work. When the management says they want to have something done, and when I have to follow up on the staff to ensure that they perform it, and the staff complains to the management, the management sides them. Meaning there is no enforcement. Ended up we are reviewed as poor performance.
