    Just do survey before you enter Micron. Check the background about the team you going to join.
    The good thingsThe Benefits are better than competitors , work life balance for support team
    The challengesPoor management . Don't know how to motivate and create a career path for down line engineers. Always give reason to keep the manager's KPI . Other depts will have opportunities to go for machine training/ other site visits but production engineers just staying inside the office and work 8-5:30pm. No OT , No work life balance. Please don't apply for assembly engineers ( process/ equipment team). Worst management.
