    People and Business at Center
The good things1) One of the BEST People Development framework that I ever came across. Company invested heavily to develop and retain their key talents. 2) CEO set clear vision and strategy to made Company as one of the strong contender for Cloud computing. Open great career opportunity to many who venture into the this area. 3) Great Rewards for high performers and key talents. This is not a company for average heart, you need to continue to outperform year on year! Those who strike for being the best and willing to work hard for it, this will be your ideal company for life.
The challenges1) Services Organization going through the biggest transformation in history. Reorg often lead to uncertainty for many. Especially if the vision not being executed well. Also risk of loosing/retain key talents. 2) Cloud computing is a rapid new world, hence all employees need to constantly keeping up with the fast pace and rapid changes.

    A local MNC
The good thingsWe get the perks of working for a large IT principal and MNC - latest software, best hardware and the general fringe benefits (US travel, 13th month, allowances, etc). It is also a company that everyone in the industry knows about and infers a perceived status. The work culture is meant to be open and depending on the role, working remotely and flexi-hours is part of the job description.
The challengesStack ranking still lives on. KPIs rule everything. Managers are mostly scorecard managers. Too many processes. The Malaysian office is only a sales subsidiary and its status is low in the overall scheme of things Despite being an MNC, the Malaysian sub is still very Malaysian Vertical career advancement is slow Customers usually have unrealistic expectations

    Complete Working Experience
The good thingsThe company allows you the flexibility to work from home and self development tools are aplenty to leverage on. Resources are always there for reference and knowledge to improve in your role or business.
The challengesAs every team/business unit is very lean in terms of resources, one person is expected to perform a minimum 4-5 person's worth of capacity workload. Leveraging on team mate is especially tough due to the very focused KPI of each team/department. The country scorecard is also different from individual's compensation that drives differential behaviour when working as a team.

Great place to be in the radar of IT industry
The good thingsI love the culture here, and I happen to have a wonderful superior so it's just perfect, but do take note that not all of them are the same :) They practice very nice working culture of problem solving and no grudges are to be held!
The challengesBe ready to spend your time understanding your partners and most important of all, your internal colleagues, you need to know them well and make sure to get your stuff done, you wouldn't want to be scrubbed :)
