    The good thingsVery mature way of handling things and always encourage people, mostly importantly they are not calculative boss.
    The challengesSometimes is a bit stressful chasing client deadline but overall still manageable, on the positive side can take it as a challenge to challenge myself to know my own limit how far I can go
