If you very care of your career path, think wise before join
The good thingsmajor colleagues are helpful, funny, young and energetic, i would say it is a good environment to enjoy work life, boss is very friendly and like to make joke.
The challengesCompany structure was a mess, need to be clear cut to avoid staff and client confuse. Changing decision could happen last min (before 1 week function start) after few months hard work, it is unfair to internal & external client (staff), especially those locate at outstation. HR was sucks and no communication with bosses or leader at all. Account disbursement was another issue need to improve, payroll not transparent enough.
