    Great opportunity to learn and grow
    The good thingsCompany gives me the chance to work closely with top mgmt, helping me learn and grow. While some find it stressful, I see it as an opportunity to improve my skills. I appreciate the support while I'm expanding my knowledge/ exposure. Friendly team, I enjoyed good food & fun games organized so much!
    The challengesBenefits have improved since they were more limited before.

    The challengesNo matter whether it is reasonable or not, as long as you obey the management, there is no problem. Management only wants obedient employees. In the long run, development will be limited and there will be no progress.

    The challengesTop management unable to lead and lack of direction, poor decision making, not transparent and any info cannot be shared with others even in the same dept, salary deducted for being late, no proper guidelines for new employee

    Work according to what top management said, even if no clear direction.
    The good thingsThe smell of bread baking everyday, friendly colleague who shared the same fate with you.
    The challengesLack of direction from owner / top management , lack of transparency to the company staffs, penalty for every micro stuff (eg late 5 mins deduct salary, warning letter), unforgiving environment, C-suite unable to lead the company plus unable to trust / share info to all the HODs, causing high turnovers.

    The good thingsPlenty of things you can learn. Good salary
    The challengesExtreme tight datelines (finish task given in a mere lunch time)eg: finish a site drawing. Lack of manpower in executive level (only you), need to stand-in leading to very long working hours. Lack of proper systems in managerial level leading to too much interference in executive level by direct and upper management. Very harsh and criticial working environment. Be prepared to face unnecessary underhand play from other departments. Need to very vocal to survive.

    encourage for fresh graduate, or first try for full time job
    The good thingseasy job, easy to learn, just follow the previous senior taught. toilet is clean. family management. friendly colleague, will buy souvenir for colleague after long vacation. Have earlier working hour for Muslims during Ramadan period, so can back home for buka puasa earlier too. no need OT.
    The challengesneed to be very meticulous, work load just nice, so will no time to learn new job/knowledge after learn the job supposed to do. Deadline oriented, tight supervise, longer working hour than other company, 8.5 hours daily except Friday, with alter-shift on sat.
