Less than 1 year in the role, former employee

That is a great musical concert, i having alots of fun and meet alots of new friends there. I really enjoy working with them!

The good things- knew alots new friends. - enjoy free musical concert.

The challenges- Train our EQ & patients when facing some vexatious customer, have to be in mind customer always right. - Have to be calm always be sure all customer are getting the right information.
