    The challengesBeing a government linked entity, the opportunity to grow within the company maybe lacking as those who is in the company have served for more than 8 years in the position alone and the company are not growing in terms of sizes or areas of researches.

    The good thingsGood corporate culture, we are always at the front of technology frontier. Working on grants from the government, hence not profit oriented. Due to this, able to help improve Malaysia's SME with latest technology.
    The challengesThe number of staffs decreasing but the workload increasing. The company handles too many projects. As a result, very small unit (less than 5 members) works for one big project. The same unit has to do everything from A to Z, engage with SME, getting requirements, design, develop, deploy and maintenance.

    The challengesChalleging working with 10 men in this department, I the only women can manage my behaviour and commitment working with them. In this line, I have to complete my work and date line before 2-3 days due I have to present my video editing and storyboard with bosses and client.Happy with the job and give me more challenge during my new job.

    Great environment with awesome staff and management
    The good thingsThe culture of work is positive, good engagement between all level of staffs, learning opportunity is open to everyone, the manager treat subordinate with respect, trust and responsibility. I learnt a lots from my short term.
    The challengesLack of bonding event like family day, sport day but with the small amount of staff, the bonding between everyone in the office are already good.

    The good thingsThe friendly environment welcomes you with open hands. It is a good place to learn more or excel in a preferred IT field that the company provides. There is always something new coming up and the progress will not stop, so does the learning. For parents with young children, there is a kindergarten provided. There is a cafe with affordable prices, cheaper than regular restaurants. Parking is provided for employees. There is also a badminton court, basketball court and tennis court. There is a also a gym.
    The challengesSince there is always something new, you have to keep up with the latest trends in the IT Industry. The building is big which may take time to adapt the surrounding and not get lost.

    The good thingsAll the facilities are sufficient here with no chargeable parking, cafeteria, sporting facilities including a changing place. The environment of work here is very good and can work alone or in groups. Working hour is normal from 8.30 to 5.30 (Mon to Fri)
    The challengesMy challenge here as IT support is to deal with the company's employees of diverse personalities by ensuring that their relationships are good and no problems for the future. Every year I need to create new things to improve the quality of work and these include career enhancement and KPI.

    The challengesCompany should extend potential staff which is contract based for some reason they already had the experienced and skill needed for the company instead of ended the contract, management should or give chance to absorb to permanent position which more secure.
