Great team, good place to develop your career
The good thingsBeen here about a year. New management adding new businesses and expanding, creating good opportunities and challenges for employee's career. I think I learned and experienced a lot. Communication and teamwork are very good. Challenges are always there like any other businesses, but I feel very low stress. Also, new management installing new HR policies I think giving more clarity to evaluation and career paths.
The challengesNormal healthy business challenges you would expect in a job

The challengesNothing major, normal set of challenges that are not crippling.

9 to 10 years in the role, former employee
Good for a freshie to start with but not for a career pathway.
The good thingsThe colleagues here are pleasant to be with since everyone is really walking on a tightrope when it comes to timelines.
The challengesSOPs which are non-existant or exists only on paper but never followed. This leads to non compliance in many procedural processes.

    Amazing colleagues, poor management
The good thingsThe camaraderie between the colleagues was excellent, there's so much to learn from everyone and the learning curve for the job is quite high. Many opportunities to learn new things. office conveniently located near an LRT station, many places to eat close by.
The challengesThe management mindset needs a revamp, instead of relying heavily on print publications, it's time to invest in technology. Career development opportunities are lacking and internal transfers are discouraged which is highly demotivating.
