    High Expectations Cause Disappointment
The good thingsHave good colleagues. Good learns workplace/environment. Less work stress. Company culture always sustained. Many consultant very "helpful" & give guidance. Some employer are man of the match, a good team player
The challengesTechnology system & machines over 10 years plus. Lack of interdepartmental communications. O-chart & management level change frequently. Benefit/ bonus become lessen than before, now not more. Not increment in salary Some employer very depend other department engineer than themselves engineer, become hard to get trustfulness.

    good enough at this place
The good thingsgood and friendly colleague and boss, give chance to study and training in house. As a EICC company have a clean working environment and comfortable environment. not so hot and provide dinner when overtime working. Benefit include give ang pao during festival and give some quiz/games to raise awareness of the employee on variety area like 5S and safety. Company had given allowance for transportation or accommodation.
The challengesno increment and working culture was too relax and without awareness of challenge at the outside world. this will made the employee not enough skill to compete with other competitor. Task and skill was too rely or depend on a few people only. management not implement a standardize system in the company. some system or rules was not fully follow by employee but management was not concern and correct them.
