    Less than 1 year in the role, former employee
    Suitable for fresh graduate, but do not stay too long since poor management
    The good thingsSuitable for fresh graduate to learn new things. As a process/product engineer, you also can learn some knowledge at other position such as Test engineer, kitting & transfering material, supervisor, IE and facilities, because the company is very small. Btw, some colleague are helpful.
    The challengesHigh workload, poor management, OT rate lower than your basic salary (per hour), not recommend to stay more than 1 years.
