    Payment super high for intern
    The good thingsCompleted my internship with Minde. Got to learn a lot from them, people are nice especially the boss. Good experience and salary for interns are super high. Would consider working with them in the future.

    The good thingsCompared to the other companies out there, minde is more comfortable to work with. The atmosphere and everything is not that stress, feels energetic and productive working in this environment.

    The good thingsI look for them to get advice to look for a job. Their consultant is so nice, and they gave a lot of suggestions to get me prepared for the interview. As far as what i know they are in cooperate with many companies also.

    Consultant was friendly and engaging to introduce the job that I was interested in
    The good thingsThe consultant listens meticulously to understand my concerns and expectations of the recommended job. Before the interview, she would forecast some general interview guidelines to follow and prepare a list of things for paperwork. Upon accepting the job, she would follow up on my well-being to ensure the transition is smooth

    The challengesthere used to be super emotional staffs here who is gonna shout at each other. But since they leave, it became super peaceful here.
