It takes patience to work at Mindmaid. Lots of it.
The good thingsYou get free meals once awhile from the management to help cope with stressful times and overtime due to the unpredictable workload and the way things are managed. Timelines and the ideas behind the work is like no other. An experience you won't forget....
The challengesYou do well if you have strong people skills. Always watch your back. Parking around the area is a hard so check on your agreed benefits, Terms and Conditions.

A good place to work if getting a salary is your only concern
The good thingsTeam members are generally nice. While the jobs are mostly of the bread-and-butter variety, you'll quickly learn to work fast and multitask to meet tight deadlines. The company pays well in its scramble to find ways to attract and retain employees.
The challengesWork-life balance here can definitely be better. Staff expected to work beyond normal office hours, sometimes even on public holidays. No creative leadership. Workload not fairly distributed. Just lots of micromanaging and unnecessary revisions. Bosses should refrain from having heated exchanges in front of employees as this can be awkward for the others.

My mind's not made about Mindmade
The good thingsOverall, there's not a lot of pressure to create anything groundbreaking or creative. The day-to-day work is fairly straightforward and clients do not expect much. Since the company is small, the team is fairly tight-knit and they do their best look out for one another.
The challengesThe management adopts a micromanaging approach to things. Instead of learning to trust their team to make decisions, every decision must be approved from the top. Sometimes, this applies to small things like design or even the copy. This leads to a lot of frustrations and time wasted. There's also a lack of working system in the company. Workload seems to be delegated randomly depending on who is perceived to be free. Sometimes, this works against you, especially when there's a lot of workload and deadlines. The management also needs to learn to listen to feedback from their team. Although concerns have been raised in the past, it seems like the only action is to sweep it under the rug and pretend everything's okay instead of acknowledging the root of the problem and remedying it quickly.

No structure & horrible staff appreciation
The good thingsSome higher management does notice staff work with good mentoring. Colleagues are pretty fun and nice people to hang around but it's not good enough for me to stay.
The challengesThe creative process here is very poorly structured and micro managed. Work life balance is quite bad with OT-ing most days because of no proper structure in the work hierarchy. Very hard for the higher management to notice you / grow in your work because they don't have much staff appreciation or mentoring properly. Bonus / increment is very hard to achieve and very calculative.
