    I upgraded my skill and knowledge even more in this company
    The good thingsImprovised my skill and knowledge in Information Technology World such as computer, printer, server, workstation and several application and system. Somemore, i got chances to participate in maintaining satellite, antenna and workstaion that have been used for army communication.
    The challengesSome of my task requiring me to think fast, creative and innovatively to deliver it as fast as i can but in good quality level.

    Best experience to date
    The good things3 month bonus based on yearly performance. Yearly overseas, family day & annual dinner. Phone allowance (RM100 per month )and petrol allowance (RM200). High mileage claim (RM0.85 per km). Free Insurance and Medical for every employee. Dental and Spectacle allowance (RM500 for 2 years). Monthly breakfast meeting and free breakfast 3 days per week.
    The challengesChain of command always changing. Sometimes an employee gets their work schedule not from his direct manager. Some of the manager is not professional.
