    The good thingsBeen given the opportunity to develop soft skills as well as building more network of clientele. Very supportive superior with lots of independently on getting task done. Excellent team spirit within the department lead by the director of sales and marketing. Other colleague were pretty supportive with new ideas and initiatives. Lot's of respect among each other opinions and suggestions.

    Its easy and fun to work with the rest of the department and colleague is very cheerful. Most of the managers is very helpful and all of the staff is very nice.
    The good thingsEnjoy with the environment because a lot of tourist. i learn about serve the guess in the hotel and also the supervisor teach me about register guest, reception and handle customers. i get a lot experience to communication with around the place work.
    The challengesHave to working fast, sharp thinking, help each other, the rest im not so sure because im only work as a guest service agent.

The management trust on me and give me chances to run the operation with their guidance.They accept my opinion and give me their explanation whenever the suggestion is cannot be use.Management is always give me the support in my early few months in my new designation in Management Corporation which slightly different from Hotel line operation.\"Opportunity to shine is there.Its just that we have to work hard and give all out for the company too\"
    The challengesThe only challenges that i have in this company is that there are no basic facilities/infrastructure that provided to the owner such as restaurant, gym,internet connection.We are still working on it but it could be better if all this facilities are available and the placed will be more complete since it is beautiful but remote area.

    The good thingsThis is place to gain good experience in terms of service. Management provide a lots of training to give a good start for the inexperienced workers in all aspect of hospitality. Communication is one of the vital needs for hoteliers and it is being highlight by this company. They educate their worker by giving several language class to at least understand a little bit about foreign language.
    The challengesThe HR department to recruit enough staff to cover up all the daily operation so there is no flaw in service provided. Because, lacking of staff could result in slow service and bad impression by staying customer.
