Its easy and fun to work with the rest of the department and colleague is very cheerful. Most of the managers is very helpful and all of the staff is very nice.The good thingsEnjoy with the environment because a lot of tourist. i learn about serve the guess in the hotel and also the supervisor teach me about register guest, reception and handle customers. i get a lot experience to communication with around the place work.
The challengesHave to working fast, sharp thinking, help each other, the rest im not so sure because im only work as a guest service agent.
