    The good things1. No drama. 2. Employees are well taken care of, indeed embracing a "family" culture. 3. Company financial is excellent. 4. Very relaxed.
    The challenges1. A bit too relaxed, you get too contented after a while. 2. Conservative C&B, but ensures all employees are paid on time and has good bonus.

    The good things1. Very comfortable and family environment. Everyone works together and helps each other like a big family. 2. A true work-life balanced work culture, 4-day work week and flexi hour. 3.Management really values us and cares about us; safety and well being of employees always comes first. 4. Opportunity to grow and being exposed to many areas
    The challengesNothing much, normal workload. Sometimes will need to work in another area or cross-department, but it is a good opportunity for growth and learning

    A low-profile employer that deserves the true Best Employer Award, Great Place To Work
    The good things1. COVID-19 - The company has regular communication to remind employees of the SOPs, deep disinfecting after every shift, and sends employees for tests even if the employees are not Level 1 close contacts just to make sure that everyone is safe. 2. Real work-life balance, does not do any celebrations for the sake of getting free publicity and photo tags. No pressure to be the company's free celebrity. 3. Work 4 days a week, as long as fulfill 40 hours a week. Office staff are made to work from home just to be safe, unless absolutely necessary due to some need to be on site.
    The challengesNothing too much. Normal, reasonable work pressure and normal, reasonable compliance that everyone needs to meet with in manufacturing environment.

    The good thingsFlexi working hour. If you are applying admin or any office work then it is good place for you to work in as the working days is only 4 day.
    The challengesworking as production engineer is very high work load and high pressure due to not enough man power and poor management. Engineer need to involve him self with many other job like as internal auditor, emergency rescue team and any other cross over department work which assign by your manager.
