    This is my initial experience in retail, where I faced unfair treatment from individuals who are also laborers.

    The challenges1. The management. Especially the management in the store. Supervisor/Leader hesitate to refuse when the boss requests our staff to assist at another store, even though we are critically understaffed. 2. Work roster. The leader who set up the work schedule was not equitable in distributing the working hours. She stated there would be 2 morning shifts weekly, but then she? It was unfair to assign me afternoon shifts plus full direct for a week until I got sick and took 2 days off. Then she could say, "Why didn't you tell me ahead of time if you wanted to take a day off?" as if I know when I will get a fever.

    Really need to take note at every work for easy forgot the order from HR

    The challengesFirst need to learn bit different launguge to face your different race of colleges and customer from other country , it work to present and answer questions your leader and your customer , trust me I'm leader of the team but in honor I'm actually still learn to guide people and also myself , LEARN is the keyword
