    Worst Experience for An Educator
    The good thingsThe students that are eager to learn although their English is not to good.
    The challenges- Need to wear hotel like uniform - All teachers need to have same hairstyles - Have walking, eating, sitting etiquette - Overly asking employee to volunteer - Working hour Primary: (7:30 am - 4:30pm), Secondary: (7:30am - 5:00pm) - Eating together with students in class (Vegetarian food only) - International school but most of communication done in Mandarin - Only celebrate and cherish Chinese celebration.

    The good thingsSchool environment very nice and other senior teachers helpful. Provide extra course by monthly by QA department to teachers to upgrade levels. Management also helpful to overcome obstacles that teachers faced. Staff room fully air conditioninerd and book shelves, teachers able to borrow projecter and computer to conduct lesson. Majority of the classroom air conditionerd and fixted projector

More to work in the group to fulfill academic year programs and also exams preparation. Extra elaun for good performance of the teachers

    The good thingsI love my job because is collaborative environment and everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission. This truly creates a family environment where everyone is supportive and always willing to provide their help and experience to accomplish our goals. I feel that I am working with professionals that I can learn from and that they will push me to take on new and challenging opportunities. Additionally, the tasks are personally challenging and match my career goals and this is the most meaningful work I have ever done.
    The challengesI would say the challenges when the tasks has been given were under pressure especially when I had work outside but fortunately I could manage them well and I take that as my valuable experiences that I would not forget.

    The good thingsThere are less disturbance between stuff while working in school, having real friendly interaction within stuff and student. Having Less work stress Stuff are really helpful and grateful with one another often.
    The challengesHaving better salary pay base on school standard(company standard) and not base on market rate. Having slightly similar pay rate for the local compare to foreigner, and not just pay foreigner extremely high rate and local with low rate as we are working at the similar position. While having local have to work during winter break or all school break(except public holiday). Food was expensive In school cafe. Getting a better school/sports equipment and upgrade Student may have challenging character/disrespectful over teacher or stuff.
