Less than 1 year in the role, former employee

Poor staff management

The good thingsColleagues are friendly, can truly work together as a team. The environment very homely.

The challengesThe staff management are poor. Staff are good, but lack of discipline due to poor leadership. The leader never care to stand in the employee's shoes. Only think of well being of the company rather than staff well being. 12 hours shift - tiring for that kinda pay.
