    Convenient for conservative and helpless for Progressive minded
    The good thingsAverage workload, leave early (9am - 5pm), flexible, less discipline monitoring, kind of environment "as long as you work submitted then OK" while you can go for smoke for 10 minuted for every 2 hours.
    The challengesFinancial issue, less project mean less income. Ask for business plan but can't execute because of capital issue. To much manual task, double work for filling, to much manager (means to much planning and idea, but burden to executive since manager can only planning but can't involve in technical task), overall money problem.
