    Good company, but poor work life balance for engineer
    The good thingsThe company has a very systematic production line. Clean and well maintained facility. The company care about the workers welfare and always listen to workers concern.
    The challengesThe job is difficult for a non-experience engineer as the job is repetitive but require detail analysis and a lot of report writing. And it has strict rules to follow.

    The challengesDifferent departments, different culture, and different working conditions. As for my department, the job scope of the Engineer is not clear at all. Almost everything in the production line is under Engineer responsibility including operator behaviour, attendance and supervisor job scope which makes the environment not good. The management needs to wake up if want to make the changes in the team. Changes for the better.

    Doing all technical work for production line.
    The good thingsi like the working environment clean and cool. good relationship from all team member from operator to engineer. always work as a teamwork and support each other. got paid extra bonus 2 time a year. no issue about overtime daily.
    The challengestoo many instruction from different kind of manager. sometimes, engineer always gave new job even the previous job still not completed yet. always receive different instruction from superior and engineer. always been transfer to different section based on main needed

    The good thingsEveryone knows responsibility and react to the issue related to their department without hesitate. Many experience personnel can be a good guidance to knew engineer. Work life balance is very good. Company taking care employees benefit .

    The good thingslearned new thing, able to travel overseas, attractive salary package, huge incentive and bonuses twice a year, medical, car loans. working 5 days a weeks. 8.30 am to 5:30 pm.
    The challengesthe company are suitable for those who are really have passion to work indoor environment, office and can handle stress with high date line completing requirement. In addition, strong certain software skills with high particulate and details attitude are needed to work in this organization

    The good thingsVery well organised corporation. A lot of employees activities and promote 'big family' concept. Well established corporate and emphasis on employees loyalty towards the company. Support from Japan given. Team work among the regions, business partner and supplier is highly emphasis. Very good working environment - clean and nice office.
    The challengesDifferent measurement apply on management and non management staff. Performance and reward based on 'relationship' rather than performance (ideal place for apple polisher). Not flexible! Management is not being supportive towards staff. Emphasis on Hierarchy structure and management is not approachable.
