    I is a good place to develop variant skills and experience.
    The good thingsMy job scope is really help me in improving my skills to make decisions on critical condition. It is also upgrading my chemistry knowledge as I am not from chemical engineering background. All the production flows and systems is help me to have a great focus during prepare the required product based on SOP given.
    The challengesI am working in shift schedule. Somehow i don't really have enough time with my family.

    The good thingsNo stress on working. All staff are good and friendly. Lot of benefits. All staff have lot of experience and knowledge. Good management system. Care about their employee.
