    A Meaningful Journey of Growth and Connection
    The good thingsI’ve been with the company for over 10 years, and during that time, I’ve had plenty of learning opportunities that really helped me grow in my career. I’ve also built some great friendships along the way, which made the journey even more meaningful.
    The challengesOne thing that’s been tough is the frequent changes in management — it can be hard to keep adjusting to new directions every year. Also, the bonus range is quite low, which sometimes feels a bit disheartening considering the effort put in.

    The good thingsSomething that I felt truly valued here is that I felt that my work was genuinely recognised and fairly rewarded. Monthly staff activities have been happening regularly, which adds a nice break to the routine.
    The challengesThe office layout is entirely open plan on single floor, it offers opportunities for collaboration, but may feel limiting for those who prefers more privacy or quiet space.

    Its hard to find other banks with such good working culture.
    The good thingsMizuho Bank is a good place to work. They have good culture without much office political issue. Staff are allowed to reach out to the senior management without difficulties. The working process here is very systematic. They also offer benefits by encouraging staff to attend work-related trainings.

    Good company values and recognition
    The good thingsA great experience working here. When I joined, I led the project to set up a prayer space for staff. It was great to see how much the company values diversity and supports everyone's needs although u are new. This really helped boost our productivity and morale to work with each other. The company values the staff too with good recognition and other benefits.
    The challengesOne thing that could be better is communication and collaboration across departments. More teamwork and involvement in the engagement provided would make our work environment even stronger.

    Stagnant career growth
    The good thingsClose bond between staff since the company is not that big.
    The challengesNo standard process in doing work thus create challenge tine management. The direct manager was not from the field expertise (eg; manager experienced in compliance but handling sales), thus create ridiculous expectation. Manual process, feel like working in 90’s.
