    The good thingsNice & friendly colleagues, gain a lot of experiences, highly recommended for fresh graduate or who are interested in functional medicine. Comfortable working environment.
    The challengesDifficult to deal with managers who are inconsiderate, failing to understand the team and setting the right expectations. Poor communication skills from some of the top managerial levels. Sometimes company didn't honor what it has promised in the employment job description, force employees to take compulsory leaves whenever company didn't operate. Cannot get a proper lunch time, customers always come first before employees.

    The challengesBeing the only IT staff in this company, it will be disaster if I were to go on long leave!
