    A great workplace for learning, with manageable stress levels in the otherwise cutthroat construction industry.
    The good thingsWork-life balance is generally good. There isn’t much office politics unless you're in upper management. Some teams have supportive managers who give employees time to learn and grow. Most colleagues are kind and respectful.
    The challengesBenefits, salary, and bonuses are fairly average. HR can be particular about minor issues. Flexible hours are fixed rather than truly flexible (not based on completing 9 hours a day) and require prior approval. Management mainly focuses on standard, low-risk products, with limited emphasis on innovation.

    The good thingsCompany has been taking good care of all employees, especially during pandemic episode. Probably the best employer in Kajang town, I could say.
    The challengesFundamental is stable and good. No cutting salary during pandemic for two years. The challenge for the management is to think out of the box - perhaps create a more open and vibrant working environment so employees are willing to share more information and ideas which are good to the company.

    The good thingsGreat colleagues. Despite the terrible management, I am lucky enough to be able to work with a great group of colleagues. Besides that, there has been many benefits such as fruits provision every Mon, Weds, and Fri, while dessert on Tues and Thurs. During ocassions like Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc, there is also give out of gifts or company lunch. There used to be company trips, but I guess it has stopped. When I first joined, we went to Club Med Cherating, subsequent year to Sekinchan. Also there are sports tournament from time to time
    The challengesThe management is rather setback and has poor vision. Decisions changes all the time and work done frequently back to square. It could be rather frustrating and upset as there has no clear direction, but only kept instructed for \"further studies\". Worse even is things are rushed but upon submittedin the end left sitting there collect dust. Being a listed company, hopefully the management has better control and grasp of the objective to stay competitive with its peer. Also the turnover rate is way to high.
