    Great entry-level job with supportive environment. Good exposure to the e-commerce industry.
    The good thingsYoung team with friendly environment. Good culture of helping each other, there are mentors guiding us. Good to learn how e-commerce works on the back end. Monthly team lunch is fun.
    The challengesTime difference with UK is abit inconvenient. The company is fast-paced, need good time management and stress management.

    Challenging I like it!
    The good thingsYou are given opportunities to express yourself on certain mini projects the company let's you handle - even though I was new I was assigned a mentor who guided me through it and let me take control of most things. Of course when I was stuck he stepped in, but I definitely enjoyed the opportunity to lead something!
    The challengesExtremely fast growing start-up, hey but better working at a big company that has stagnated where the jobs are repetitive!

    The good thingsAs a fresh graduate, I had the opportunity to work closely with the management team to implement new strategies to improve our sales. Good working culture and great team to work with!
