    The good thingsHelpful & teamwork staffs. Excellent cosmetic manufacturer. Beautiful showroom. Special formulation. Unique cosmetic packaging. Has ecommerce apps called MOOMO. Good logistics.
    The challengesAvoid one man show & manipulating CEO to look clever. Must find solution, not blame other. Must have knowledge as manager. Not emotional and badmood.

    The good thingsvery caring and low profile owner. In the morning will go around the employee and ask if there is any issue. Both are very flexible and can discuss for idea exchange. Colleagues are very friendly. Nice and comfortable working environment!

Always learning new things. really appreciate it. 5. Surau provided & extra 30min lunch time break on Friday 6. Positive mindset of team member. 7. Top management open for any discussion
    The challenges1. no microwave to reheat my lunch food 😂 2. nobody is perfect, need to improve faster!
