    I'm so HAPPY working there. But i had to leave the company due to new project location @Kota Kinabalu, Sabah for PanBorneo Highways
    The good thingsVery good team works, here we can learn professional business project progress & staff benefits
    The challengesFor Contract or Secondment Employees, we didn't enjoy the staff benefits as per entitlement compare to permanent staff. We definitely must be multitasking person, can work long hours and willing to travel outstations.

    The good thingsEmployer are always encouraged to try something new and not just focusing on one work. All staffs here are also very friendly and take care of each others. Always giving advices to be a better person and share their experiences of working here. The working environment also are very neat and comfortable.
    The challengesAs a trainee, there are certain activities or training that I can not participated. So, it kind of frustrating and I do hope that in the future, there will be an opportunities for trainee to join the activities and training.

    The good thingsHave good staff work with me and Generally my experiences are with the project which related with New Development Area for infrastructure work (Properties), construction of bridge. Im also get new learn new thing at here dealing with authorities. This is new knowledge for me.
    The challengesHere very difficult to dealing with our tenant and coordination with to many consultant. Some time im have more difficulty to coordinate with consultant because we don't have lead consultant to monitor our work at site also other party to check our planning and design.

    The challengesThe projects that MMC Corporation engages in are challenging as it takes the lead role in providing the latest construction technology and pioneering methods of construction for large scale projects. The staff need to keep themselves a breast with the latest practices to ensure that MMC Corporation delivers world class projects. The staff must be motivated and focused to rise to these challenges.
