    The good thingsIm enjoy in this company because its easy,consult other by taking project.also surrounding is good with a positive vibes from worker.
    The challengesMust sent project with the due date line.also for the first time need to find away to understand all this but it is fun to learn it.

    The good thingsTHE SV, THE HOD AND THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFULL AND I'M ENJOY WORKING HERE. OTHERS THAN THAT IS JUST FINE FOR ME, I LOVE MY JOB HERE BUT IF I HAVE OPPORTUNITIES I WANT TO CHALLENGE MY SELF TO OTHERS COMPANY.     The challengesFOR ME EVERY COMPANY HAVE THEIR OWN UPS AND DOWN. BUT THE COMPANY CAN DO THINGS BETTER IF THEY CAN RISE UP AGAIN THE STAFF SALARY AND UP THE RATE FOR OVERTIME CLAIMED.

    The good thingsThey provide on job training and very hands on experience.
    The challengesmost employees does not have the skill to do multi works and end up our department (QHSE) to do their works. Plus the salary were not compatible with the work task. It is also hard for career enhancement.

    The challenges- some of the in-house system are not inter-connected. - non-availability of in-house IT programmer hampers the further development to the system.

    The good thingsGood benefit given, friendly staff and great for carrier development. Big boss given relevant task for me and also encourage all staff to develop their skill and provide training to their staff. Good and stable company within the oil and gas company.
    The challengesBiggest challenge here are salary, but it OK because we are willing to do overtime. Sometime if your superior or your boss are not coming to work, you are the second man on the department shall be responsible for technical meeting with client but it OK for me because it gave me opportunity to meet and great peoples.

    The good thingsThis company have 3 branches..if you work in operation team you would be exposure by the company on the field site.you will be faced with a new challenge..working with senior project manager,foreign engineer then there a good experience on the carrier development. Built your confidence.
    The challengesbe a part of the biggest project of the company...that the coollest thing that i ever had in my experience before...when you were assigned by the team on your job...you would be passionate to do that job because you will think that you are really important key to this company
