I have to be a good helper to my Senior Account Executive staff.The good thingsI have enjoyed working in finance department. The finance department tasks including check and match supplier invoice with purchase order, stamp paid on supplier invoice, filing 'paid' invoices and receipts, prepare payment vouchers for supplier payment and administrative duties such as photocopy, scanning documents, send documents to other departments and so on. The good thing is I have increased my communication skills.
The challengesWe have to work overtime until it's getting finished. And there have no more type of friendly people. Except a few departments.
