    An Artist's Dilemma
    The good thingsThe company holds back very little in rewarding employees with lavish company trips abroad and extravagant annual dinners with plenty of lucrative \"sure-win-gifts\" to go around. The creative direction is strong and objective.
    The challengesAbsurdly long hours even on weekends and no parking facilities nor allowance provided. The remuneration for junior executives are way too low for urban living.

    The good thingsThey were the most well balanced Creative Advertising Agency I have ever worked in, Fun, Sensible, Firm and Giving. Its not a \"wishy washy\" and a \"Yes Sir\" kinda Agency. Brain storm sessions are very interactive and positive! Support and Friendliness begins right from the top of this agency to the last and youngest member of the group. I recommend working in this company. One Word - \"Inspiring\".
    The challengesThere isn't much, just wish that they had more full time positions as I really wanted to stay on.

    The good things1. Efficient in planning social activities for employees. 2. Engages employees in workshops/training to forge a closer working relationships across all departments within the agency. 3. Rewards outstanding employees fairly.
    The challenges1. Be more firm in managing client-agency working relationship. To take charge in leading projects/campaigns.
