The benefits are not balance btw staffs and management
The good thingsFlexi hours job. You come in at 8.30am then you can go back at 5.30pm. You come at 10am then you can go back at 7pm. Normally people who worked here are staying nearby.
The challengesThe foods at Jaya One is very expensive and the salary earned in this company is very low
