    Nice and friendly working environment
    The good thingsGood and warm colleagues and patients and willing to teach supervisors and mangers. A big family, helpful and aggressive whenever you have any issues in your work, nice working environment and you may expect a work life balance over there, they won't over-stress you, but meet their deadline as usual cause have to liaise out with clients' expectation.Opportunity to growth higher and learn different type of industries.
    The challengesClients don't cooperate with you but keep blaming for not having good communication with other department in our company.

    Exciting place to work!
    The good thingsHelping clients and see your reward for them are priceless! Explaining tax laws and providing advice to the clients to help them achieve and receive all the credits they are entitled.
    The challengesI was fun to work there. I have learned a lot about taxes. Also, i was interviewed customers and make appointments for them. I answer the phone, i checked all the documentation.

    Terrible experience!
    The good thingsThe location - route to work less go through tolls, a bit cost saving.
    The challengesIts so hard to them to accept new things. They force to follow their own practice even though the practice is somehow not comply. The way they explained during interview and the reality totally different.
