    The good thingsOne of the best things about working at this company has been the people. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the most supportive, kind, and hardworking colleagues.
    The challengesI’ve been a loyal supporter of M&S for years, but I’m extremely disappointed with the recent management decisions. It’s deeply concerning to see how someone without the necessary experience was placed in charge of an entire department. Good and hardworking employees are resigning one by one.

    Worst management.
    The good thingsnice collegue and clean environment .
    The challengesthe management is toxic. turn over high due to MD treatment itself. not worth your time to gain experience here not even for career growth. workload too much. your idea and hard work will not be appreciated here. no bonus.
