    The good thingsI was appointed as Business Development Manager, however the job function which I really did was as a General Manager. This experiences are invaluable.
    The challengesThe management based In Singapore should have more trust on Malaysian Operation which was solely handled by me. Looking down of Malaysian overall is a challenge that I have to endeavor during my working years in this company.
