    The good thingsCompany has a lot of leisure facilities but can only be utilized during resting periods.
    The challengesEmpty Promises from the CEO towards employees and clients. Terrible Management and HR T&C's Too much unreliable rules in the handbook to follow by and the Higher Levels are those that will never follow them

    Experience make wider opportunity.
    The good thingsFirstly, when i'm joining as tecnichian never put in my mind to have great experience. For the moment now, espcesially on food and berverage packaging industry atleast, i know the process from process stage till warehouse. If you in food and berverage industry, how many kind of machine in sigle line. Now from conveyor system i move to filling machine and now whole line of machine.
    The challengesCustomer's desire and over spect on what we sell and technical issue. While project ready to commisioning, the tension will more high a bit. It's depend on result how our product match with customer needed. So the main point is CUSTOMER AND OUR PRODUCT how to tackle.
