    Handwork , teamwork .
    The good thingsBack on time , and also some of the staff have bad attitude but some of it have nice attitude , but overall its must have good team.
    The challengesBe ready in any situation , such as work overtime . Suppose tobe back at 5:30 pm but if overtime work will be done at 6:00 pm .

    frankly said that the environment for a new staff is not that good..far from what I expected because they keep doing their own thing..and for some staff, can see that they don't happy with what they do..

    There were a lot of thing that i can learn from this company even I'm just only working here for 5 months.
    The good thingsThe working environment and the benefits that you get from them are very good and nice.
    The challengesActually, there's nothing that i did not like about this company as their working environment,the management and the benefit that they give to their workers are all good and just nice.But might be they can increase the starting salary for new workers more higher due to appliance experiences.
