Good for freshers and Bad for experienced
The good thingsFree meal every Wednesday and Friday, lots of refreshment and some spaces to rest during lunch hours.
The challengesNo actual SOP, instruction will change every time without proper explanation as poor communication between departments and teams.

    Great Experience
The good thingsI like the location of my job, just 5 min from where I live. I like the people I work with. I am in Marketing Department and things can get interesting around here. But I really enjoy that people know they can confide in me and I will help them to the best of my ability. I learned about SEO, Digital Marketing, and data analysis.
The challengesAt first, it was quite difficult to adapt to a new environment, and the parking fee is not provided for internship student. Thus, I have to use Grab or Uber to get there.

Great Working Environment and Good place to gain experience
The good thingsThe company give you flexibility in managing your workload and task but they do expect result to be delivered. Easy communication with top management since it is not a big company. The management also is open for any ideas and suggestions to improve the business. Great working peers as the workforce is not so big so the inter department communication is good if not better. For business development, we are exposed to get involved with events and functions that is related to industry. Great avenue to network and gain more experience and knowledge from these events.
The challengesThe SOP within the organization on certain things still need to be improved. The remuneration and benefits scheme for employees also need to be improved in order to attract more good talent to work with the company.

The good thingsgood environment, no pressure, flexible time, have a good time with team and all staff, enjoy working life, working like family. have time to break and take five. i think the best company ever from what i fell.
The challengesthe difficult just to understand the flow and the system because its old system and not using framework, hard to understand and always need to update and the security is the one we need to take care because play with money, need to be secure.
