    The challengesToxic environment and lot of work pressure, they do regular layoff from time to time without any valid reasons or justifications, stay away from this company as much as you can

    Great place to grow but it was premature.
    The good thingsBeer at any time, snacks, open environment, great colleagues (the hiring PIC did a great job choosing the candidates), you pour in more effort you get to see career growth.
    The challengesRetrenchment came and it was definitely not the best experience. The management from the other side of the world decided to just let everyone from this side (the CS team) go, just because they were about to receive their Series C funding at the time.

    Be humble and take initiative to learn as much as possible
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues, fun working environment, fairly high pay, free lunch, transport allowance provided, social nights, casual working attire all days, company t-shirt provided on the first day which suits those who have difficulty in choosing what to wear everyday.
    The challengesManagement need to be more open and listen to employees' opinions. Perhaps can develop a better learning and development career path for employees so that they would retain in the company. Better internship program to be implemented.

    Great colleagues, questionable central management
    The good thingsLeads were supportive and gave very constructive advice and coaching throughout my tenure, HODs were also proactive in getting involved and wold assist whenever dirt starts hitting the fan
    The challengesQuestionable central management decisions including a poorly planned retrenchment of the first-level support team forced onto HODs.

    The good thingsGood Management Almost perfect working environment Good work location Good salary package Sufficient training provided and good team work from other support team Less work stress No pending job when you are on leave Understanding boss Shift based and you are able to choose your shift preference
    The challengesNot exactly this company - Just the parking in this building is very expensive, but allowance is provided by office, hence you just need to pay small amount from your pocket.

    It was like a road trip with a bunch of close friends!
    The good thingsTime flexibility. Great team. Flat organization. Open to suggestions at any point of time. Work really hard but play harder!
    The challengesYou will definitely be required to multi-task. Being a startup, you have to be ready to commit the time and be ready for a lot a lot of changes from time to time.
