    The good thingsi enjoy because their treat me like a family. Their always wanted the best so they always teach what should i do when something need to be improve. i love the environment because their friendly and treat you life one of the family members.

    The good thingsBe treated like a normal staff. The staff works as a family even the during a lunch all staffs with eat together. When I have a problem, they are ready to teach me. The staffs also involve me in making a decision, they ask my opinion about that particular problem.
    The challengesI wish the company to updates their system. Most of the job requires a good system. Because it involves the sales agents. Any mistake can make a reputation of the company down.
