    Best place to work with in KL
    The good thingsthe company offers great benefits ( 100% medical insurance , visual, dental) for the employees and their families, car parking, flexible work hours, training platforms subscriptions( Pluralsight, Safari), opportinities to work with the teams in the others centers (in US, Europe), parties and gifts and trips, the office is perfect and location is excellent. the management is open mind and extreme friendly. the environment is awesome, and the tools they use is modern following the latest technologies
    The challengesThe Salaries are never increasing for very long time, so after hiring the employee rarely gets increasing. it is very difficult to get promotions as well. the is no bonuses :(

    The good thingsFlexible hours, great office environment, helpful & knowledgeable colleagues, good benefits, training provided, code reviews means criticism of code which means you learn more, upper management regularly communicate with employees. Great work/life balance, perfect for families.
    The challengesThere was increment for the 3 years I was employed with them as the US economy was doing badly at that time.

    The good thingsThe flexible working hours ease those working mothers in juggling time in delivering the job tasks and at the same attends family matters. As a MNC organisation, I can see the mix cultures in the office.
    The challengesThe company was recently bought over by Netherland based company (Monster is US based). Due to different time zone among local, US & Europe, there was cut-off time/ dateline issue at the earlier stage of transition for Finance team.
