    Working here is like playing a guessing game
    The good thingsProbably the good colleagues at the same level of position with you.
    The challengesYou have to guess what the higher level staff want. Higher level staff are always correct and you are always wrong. Higher level staff will never tell you what they want and let you guess what they want and if you can't get it, you kena. Expect you to be psychic. Higher level staff plan your work for you and if there is something more urgent, they will say your own planning is bad. Expect you to produce work with a snap of finger. What also today today today. Never-ending work, it won't get less, it'll just get more and more and more. You may need to work during weekends until midnight and you still won't be able to clear everything in your hand. Complicated and long withered working procedures. Obsolete working equipment and systems. Works are prepared by excel and take hours to adjust alignment and alignment only.

    Great Team and Bosses
    The good thingsGood working culture, senior more than willing to teach. Feel appreciated working in the firm. Annual leave days are above average. Bosses are very approachable and friendly. Sports club always organizing activities for staff to mingle after office hours.
    The challengesAir conditioning can be a little cold, try to keep warm if you're coming for an interview.

    The good things- The employer willing to recruit me even I am fresh in tax field and giving me a chance to guide me. - Great staff benefit - often have staff dinner (off-peak, christmas dinner, appreciation dinner and etc.) - Sport clubs always organize interesting activities (movie nights, mountain trekking, sky trek, ATV and etc.) - Superior always guiding or giving advise - Annual leaves is much more

    Nice people, environment, working place
    The good thingsI feel appreciate that the senior staff and other colleagues will guided me from the basic, they are fun and got teamwork spirit. Beside this, the company is easily reachable by using public transport like MRT Mutiara Damansara and bus. There are lot of choices for lunch because nearby eCurve, The Curve, IPC and IKEA Damansara.

    The good thingsGreat bosses and colleagues are pertinent and conducive to a good working environment. In this company, one can undoubtedly experience the above mentioned attributes. Additionally, sharing of knowledge among the team allows all parties to develop constructively.
    The challengesStaff retention has been a challenge. The management has put in effort for staff training and development. However, staff turnover is still unavoidable.
