    Good business direction but poor management
    The good thingsWorking here was nice as jobscope is very clear, work life balance as very seldom overtime required. Office is pleasently comfortable and the people are fairly nice. The required task given are mostly doable, tasks can be done efficiently. Superior is very helpful and always follow up in case there is any problems pertaining the work given.
    The challengesThe challenges faced is that sometimes the expectation is too much in a short period of time. There is also no proper aim or structure on what to achieve in a period of time. In this case workload can be a bit ad hoc. Management is poor in terms of putting target to be reached in a long term. Poor company planning and bad managerial decisions lead to sudden changes to workers' area of work. Staffs are easily terminated if company does not hit target without prior warning.

    Room for growth and expansion
    The good thingsVisions are clear and far sighted. Take every opportunity given to challenge the norm and do things different from competitors. Products are strong and gradually evolving. Ample support and encouragements are given. Welfare and future career paths are generously considered on ones behalf. However, one must be aggressive and focused to hit objectives.
    The challengesTargets are tough but not impossible. Work environment encourages self-improvement and job advancement is based on merit. It pays to push one's commitment to the company and vision to be aptly rewarded.
